Irvri, if you still have the black bottle holder I'm very interested in that one. I can't PM cause I'm still new (like alot of the others I've noticed) but you can email me at JTarver295@yahoo.com if you still have it and want to ship it with me covering shipping costs.
Thanks!
Joe

I have a brand new...unused pair of Look Keo2 Max (non-carbon) pedals. the plastic wrapping for the cleats has been broken so I could see the hardware but nothing has been used and has all been re-bagged. Ideally I would like to swap them for a pair of size 46 road shoes but this is the next best option. I only ask that the person who desires them pays for shipping from Canada (Toronto area). I hope someone can put these to good use.
Cheers,
Brian J.

The Look Keos are gone....Jeez that didn't take long.
@kissThe Aoex....No I did not, I decided that since I got them for nothing that I would not be too demanding or picky. I could use some good karma.

Owner's manual, Quick Reference Guide and Garmin Training Center CD for a Garmin 205/305 Edge.
Might be just what you need if you have bought one of these second hand and didn't get the manuals etc.
Will post for free (I'd rather not throw it all in the recycling if it can be of help to someone!).

Wellgo WPD-700 pedals, black. Used them once for 5 days (had them put on a rental bike last month in Florida). These used to be my extra set but I've converted to Speedplay and I'm keeping my other Wellgo's for future MTB riding. I do not have extra cleats sorry. Free to first poster here -- you pay shipping (via paypal please) or trade for something you don't want (I'm open to suggestions). Bought 'em new for $35 a few years ago but I doubt they're worth even half that now. THESE ARE GONE ... TO ADCLARK :-D

Does anyone happen to have some wedges that came with Shimano STI's? My girlfriend just picked up a bike and her hands are too small to reach the ultegra shifters in the drops, sadly the bike is used so no wedges were included.
Despite this being the free thread, I'll pay for shipping and I'd be willing to include a little extra as these seem particularly hard to find.

If you are looking for something please try a WTB/WTT thread. The sole purpose of this one is to offer free stuff and have it claimed.
Postage/shipping is not an issue here. It is normal and customary for the recipient to pay those charges and the cost of that is completely up to the person offering.
NOTE: You may be require to purchase a subscription to make such a post as I recall. I would consult a moderator for exact details.

A few thoughts here:
a) She may need a STEM adjustment, lenghth & Angle
b) Sadddle Position and height
c) Handlebars may have to large a drop for her.
Yes you can get wedges but that mya be only part of the problem, Shifteres can also be potioned a bit down or up on the handlebars.
Good Luck
I bought the following computer and find it complete useless. Who knew they sold a bike computer that has no elapsed time or average speed. Anyway I upgraded, first person to reply gets it. It's complete, including transmitter.

I have an entire wheel's worth of 16" spokes and nipples, far more than I'll ever need. (I was thinking I'd like to hold on to three or four of them.) If anyone wants some spares, send me postage and I'll send you some. (The wheel was the rear wheel of a Dahon Curve, with an SRAM 3-speed hub, I replaced it with another wheel and hub.)

Also, I've sent things out on my own dime and never heard whether or not the items was received. I know it shouldn't but it kinda of iritates me a bit.
Regarding the frame- you could take applications as it were, but someone could always fabricate a doozy of a story. You really couldn't tell what someone's intentions were after they received the frame. If you really are concerned about it, then either sell it via here/CL/e-bay or donate it to a local co-op.
But if you're looking to offload a frame...:innocent::D
yummygooey
05-29-11, 06:32 PM
I personally don't need a frame, but if I were to donate a frame I would first go to local friends that would like to get into riding. If that didn't work, I'd just donate it to a local co-op, as they're always in need of decent frames.

Hi All,
If you had a frame that you wanted to pay forward, how would you do it? I don't want it to go to someone who is going to sell it and make money - I want it to go to someone who needs it and will build it and ride it. That's why first-come-first-served wouldn't work.
Also, I've sent things out on my own dime and never heard whether or not the items was received. I know it shouldn't but it kinda of iritates me a bit.
Hey there mate.
I have just move out to the US and have been trying to get set up with a frame. Was planing on bring my bike out here but as I was packing it up the day before I was heading out the whole bottom bracket threading just stripped out :( ha mind you it was an old frame I spent a lot of time restoring myself and had it perfesionally rethreaded but it had been rusted really bad before I had gotten it. Anyways, I still have all my parts but no frame and with the expense of moving and not having a job yet I can't really buy one. I would love to chat more with you my email is lance_2444 @ yahoo(dot)com(dot)au
Thanks so much
Lance

I for one am one of the persons that received one of your items and am in awe that you're not even collecting shipping for the item(s) you're giving away. You are sir a truly a great person. Thank you one more time.
