UPDATEOK guys i've finally cleaned out my 2 closets of bike parts. Attached picture has almost all of parts in it. Details:
Bars -- MTB riser bars are about half inch in rise, 25inches width.
Extras -- aboslutely new Specialized water bottle. WTB pedals.
Another update: all thats left is riser bars, pedals and water bottle. I understand that it wont make sense for anyone to pay $5 in shipping for a water bottle if you can probably get same one at your LBS. So all that stuff will go to one person. Shipping to Canada proved too expensive and so i'd like to keep it local - Northeast.
Thanks to all, you will put those parts to better use than me.

Received the parts that I request. Thank you very much. I see that we were a little short on the shipping cost. I will send a few more dollars to correct this shortage. Thanks again :D

6pack,
Did you happen to receive my private message? Are the parts gone already? Thanks.
I'm between 2 appartments, so kinda have almost no time for internet. I think i replied to all questions, but check out my updated post # 104. thanks.

If any one has some spare rims/wheels or wheel building stuff i could use it. Also if anyone has a mountain bike fork, bar ends, stem, seatpost, or brakes and levers. I had a bunch of stuff stolen off my bike (basically everything but cranks derailers left wheels but very badly damaged and fork was kicked in) and cant afford to replace it. Also if anyone has a jersey it would be nice to have one come summer.
does anyone have a 26mm dropbar, or some used STI- 8speed Sora shifters? i'm looking to convert my sirrus for my wife. any help would be greatly appreciated.

One silver Ritchey 26.8mm seat post, brand new!!
RST fork for 700C wheel, white, also new.
If anyone has an old HARD saddle lying around I would be interested in obtaining one. I have an old beater Schwinn World Grocery Getter that has a broken saddle rail. I only spent $15 on the bike and seldom ride it. It has a pretty hard comfy seat but not for the broken rail. Thanks.

Hey guys, I think this is an awesome thread. I'm really upset 'cause I just got my bike stolen right out of my garage this week and it was my sole means of transpo (I'm on a super-tight budget) and I had just saved up and bought a clipless pedal & shoe system I had wanted for so long (needed to vent, sorry).
Anyway, I'm here to say that I have a wireless computer (but not the stuff that goes on the bike) if someone can make any use of it, I think I'll need to buy a new one when I get another bike. I don't remember the brand name but it's the one on sale at MEC.

I have here a Fuji Espree frame of unknown year. I believe it's a size 64cm and it's way too big for me. I'm willing to trade or pass this on to someone in the New Orleans area. Ideally I'd like a decent 52-64cm frame to swap, but it's just sitting here taking up space so if you could use it let me know and you can have it. If I don't hear from anyone in the next few days I'll just donate it to the Bike Project.
The frame itself is in excellent condition, as are the cranks, bars, seat and seat post. The other parts are rusted pretty badly. The wheels are in fine condition, but heavy!!
Please, New Orleans area pick up only - I dont want to pack this thing up for shipment.

As I continue to clean my shop, I found...
MTB Fork and RB seatpost.
The fork is Cr-MO threaded. It is off a 2000 Fuji Odessa. In great shape. Candy Blue. Just the fork, no bearings or hardware.
GONE. Seatpost is an alloy Sugino SP-H...off my old Fuji Royale (1984).
Yours for the cost of shipping. PM if interested.
I'm just reviving this thread. It's a great thread and should be kept alive.

It's not a derailieur. It doesn't shift gears. It's a tensioner.:)
I'm sensing some tension.....

okay, i have a seatpost. It's a sugino and i'm almost positive it's a 26.8mm. Its cut (heh heh) and about 175mm long. The guy who i got if from on this tread though it was a 25.0, but it doesn't look like it, and if you look super carefully, you can seee 26.8 on the side. Send me five bucks to ship it, or if you're in chicago, trace me for a 6-pack of what you see in the background. Alternatively, trade me for a 25.0 post, a 1 inch threaded stem, or handlebars so I can finish my fixie.
send me an e-mail, cause i'm bad at PM's. tristan.coulter@gmail.com

Truvativ Firex crank arms, beat to crap, but still in working order. Great if you dont care about looks. ISIS drive, 68x104 BCD.

Specialized Cro-mo rigid fork for 26" wheels with mega-long 1 1/8" threaded steer tube, not suspension corrected, but in great shape

Does anyone have an old 27.2 seatpost lying around not being loved? I have a need for an extra one for a connector coupling for my sons trail-a-bike. I would be happy to pay shipping. Condition is not important as long as it won't break on me!
Thanks.
I have stuff --- i will do an inventory this weekend.

I have a shimano exage rear brake, pads are good. SR Stem, no clamp bolt, and the binder bolt is near stripped, but I think I might have another bolt that fits. Some anonymous steel road stem, heavy but strong. Anonymous headset, ugly looking but the bearings look fine, just needs some cleaining and it would work.
I need a front brake of some kind, if anyone is feeling kind. Brakes on ebay are bloody expensive for some reason.
