On second thought, I know that my current cassette has seen a good 2k from me on top of 10+ years of a friend...so I could use one, even if it's fairly worn already.
Just email me (username here) @hotmail.com since I can't PM yet. ;)
If you let me know shipping costs to 68510 I can cover those via paypal.

Hi Folks
I'm giving away a Shimano FC-5600 72.5 53/39 crankset (silver) in great condition. Purchased it used for an experiment but never used it.
The 53 has about a half-life of use left and the 39 is in great shape. The arms are in excellent shape. I never met the previous owner but I'm assuming he was a beast. lol
It comes with the 2 screws/washers, the plastic clip, and the plastic cap. I don't recall any spacers that came with it.
Shipping within Canada will be about $25 and to the US $35.
As always, the early bird gets the freebie.

the 8 spd fit shimano ,campy, suntour?thanks
Suntour would only be 6 or 7 speed with a wide chain
The Campy and Shimano also use different width chains.
What crank ate you looking for?

1978 Schwinn Superior headset cups, NEW! OK, I've got cups that were removed from a 1978 Schwinn Superior(formerly known as the Sports Tourer) frame. That was the last year Schwinn made the fillet brazed frames. These cups were removed from the frame and never used, they are as new. This is the old "one piece crank" BMX size -- 32.7mm OD. Just the lower and upper cup...actually the upper isn't a cup, it's like a reverse race, I don't know the proper term. I only have the cups, not the rest of the headset. I'm sure Schwinn used these on some other models, but I don't have that info. If you got a bike with corroded or damaged cups, this is for you. First PM gets it. Free US shipping.

Think the spamcatcher is catching them but the notify is still going through.

From my end I want to see the message notify, which is why I configured for it in my control panel.
It's the number of notifications that I rec'd that's weird. I'm sure it has nothing to do with the poster himself.

Yeah, that's a little strange. I can only imagine that you got multiple notifications because the poster has been Spamming that same message into multiple threads. (Meaning you get a notification for each post he makes in a thread you subscribe to)

Pretty damn ugly event jersey in orange. Champion Systems, XL.
Details of design and sizing here - http://www.vitagreen.sportsoho.com/info_en.php
They say the XL is a 44" chest, but it was pretty slim on me when I tried it on and I measure as a 41-42".
US$5 postage (or similar for worldwide). Located in Hong Kong at the back of my kit drawer (so I'm blinded by how ugly this thing is).

I'm having a bike-related clearout before moving later this year. Would any members in England like a free frame from a Hercules twin-downtube ladies roadster? It's a very old-fashioned design, but was actually built in 1982. This is just the frame, mudguards and hockey stick chainguard, with no forks or anything else except the Raleigh-threaded bottom bracket cups, and I'm sure I can find a suitable seatpost. Sage green paint, and perfectly straight and sound. I used the forks, wheels, etc. in another build some time ago.
Also available for free is a virtually complete Vindec Twenty shopper bike, made in 1974 by Brown Brothers in London. I'm sure you've seen Sheldon's hopped-up Raleigh Twenty. The Vindec is a better candidate for hot-rodding because it uses all standard parts, rather than Raleigh-threaded ones. This is missing a rear wheel. The overlocknut measurement is 117 mm, so I imagine a 20 inch BMX wheel would fit with judicious spacing. The other missing components are the bottom bracket cups, spindle and chainset, but these were heavy cottered steel items anyway. It has mudguards, chainguard and a stand if required, but would probably be better fitted with lightweight parts and made into a fixed or singlespeed commuter or campus bike. The bars and saddle go quite a long way down so it can fit into a car boot. Again, the frame is perfectly straight, although finished in a deplorable shade of maroon.
If any of the above is of interest, please message me. I regret these are pickup only, as I wouldn't know how to begin to package them for safe transport. My experiences with couriers have not been good ones. I can probably sort out photographs for interested parties.

If anybody wants them, I have a pair of LOOK Keo Blade pedals which both have cracked pedal bodies from a crash a few months back, which are circled in the picture below. They are the 16Nm Chromo version. They are NOT usable as is and I don't think they can be fixed. I thought maybe somebody could use parts such as the spindles, bearings, or carbon blade springs if they are still usable rather than throwing them in the trash. I only saw the cracks in the back and a lot of road rash on the sides of the pedal bodies, but I can't guarantee anything since neither is usable or has been otherwise tested in any way. I take no responsibility for what you do with them. The bearings feel smooth still since the pedals only have ~750 miles on them. I have the original box and instruction manual if you want them, but no cleats. Shipping should be ~$5 to the US.

I don't think I'll ever need the mounting hardware, but maybe someone else needs it. PM me if you do (same as this (http://www.velofred.com/product_info.php?products_id=789)).
