Northern California - Sunday ride

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

Kind of last minute, but I'm thinking of doing that 84W-Stage-coast-Tunitas loop tomorrow morning. I'll probably leave from Cupertino around 9am. If anybody would like to join me at any point along the way, I'd enjoy the company!

Hey Journey. How long is that loop? I was planning on doing 4 hours tomorrow.

Hmm, the last time I did it from my house by way of Foothill, I logged ~78miles, 5hrs riding time, and 5:40 total time. We probably would be faster riding together, but not an hour faster!

Never mind. I need to meet a friend at 2 pm in Milbrae so we can hit up China and Japan town in SF. :D I was thinking of going up Kings Mountain, skyline 84, then either OLH or part way up Kings again.
Anyway if you are looking for a riding with someone in the future let me know.

Gonna be busy out that way with the tour for woodside riders. Fun and free food for the unscrupulous!

As much as I like free food being a broke grad student, I'll stick to munching on mine. :)

I forgot about that Tour for Woodside. I thought a ride to the coast would be nice since it's supposed to be hot here, but maybe a different route would be better.

Actually, doing a ride near the same area, but leaving at 8 am by Foothill / Page Mill, and heading out to Pescadero and back via Tunitas Creek.
