Pull the tire as far back as you can from the frame and center it. Watch out for the tire moving when you tighten the nuts. Tighten the nuts as tight as you can. Or get a skinnier tire.
add links to chain and pull back in dropout.

Dans sells a little product called Simple wheels slammers.
I use them on all my bikes,They stop the wheel from moving forward.

you could put mor air pressur in your tire and make sure its not bent or move it back
