Im looking for a good bike shop in the SF/Bay Area (Easy Bay preferred, but not a necessity) that can face/chase the BB shell, face the head tube, and press the headset in. Any suggestions?

Livermore Cyclery - the main store in Livermore, not the one in Dublin. Talk to the owner, Steve Howard (he's there Tuesday through Saturday). I guarantee it'll get done correctly there, and at a reasonable price. Steve is as straight a shooter as you will ever meet.

It's worth the drive. Whenever I have frame stuff that needs doing, I don't let anyone else do it, and I live in Berkeley.
