Utility Cycling - Need a shop in Northern VA to build my Radish

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

So in order to get the full warranty on the Xtracycle Radish, it must be assembled by a shop. So I'm looking for any recommendations on any Northern Virginia shops that anyone can recommend that actually have some Xtracycle experience. The closer to the Del Ray/Old Town neighborhoods of Alexandria, the better. Price isn't so much an issue as reliability--just want it done right the first time.

Spokes, 1506 Belle View Blvd., Alexandria should be close and adequate, but I would go to The Bike Lane in Burke, Va.

Check with http://www.bikesatvienna.com/ . Their shop is a little tricky to find, but they sell recumbents and are used to oddball bicycles.

if you're still looking, speak with Bill at Spokes, etc in belle view or Quaker Lane store (I think he goes between the two)....he's the most knowledgeable and talented bike mechanic in the area.......if they can't do it, he'll know who can.
