My neighbor has a 1968 Schwinn Run-a-Bout. It is in great condition and has everything but the correct seat. Rear tire isn't original but everything is in good condition, SA shifter one bars works fine and rear hub also works correctly. We are wondering what value it might have. Pictures tomorrow.
