So I got completely lucky and snagged a Reynolds 531 frame kit off of craigslist. Came with a full set of tubes, lugs, dropouts, and even some brazing rods. I have a small amount of brazing experience, so I might be able to handle the whole process myself, but I was more thinking that I would do all the other steps and leave the brazing up to a pro. I can be quite meticulous when I want to be, so filing lugs and mitering tubes is right up my alley. Would this be something that a local (Atlanta) metalworker would be able to handle?

Not probably, and most builders want all the work to be their own. Still, it might happen.

I would probably do it if I were nearby, which I'm not. Good luck with the project.
