Hi Everyone,
I have a number of interesting and unusual frames for sale - I can ship anywhere in the world - shipping a frame to the US for example will cost about 80 GBP.
I can take payment a number of ways - Paypal or cheque in GBP, cash sent registered post, Traveller’s cheques in $, direct bank transfer within the UK or European Iban bank transfer. I will always combine shipping in order to reduce costs.
With the pound being still quite low in value these are a real bargain... for US and European buyers.

COUGAR TT LO-PRO FRAME built for Chris Boardman c1991
Seat Tube (ctt): 40cm
Top Tube (ctc): 53cm
Rear dropout width: 130mm
Wheel size: 700C rear, 650C (26in) front
Frame tubing: Unknown
This stunning frame finished in a black with a speckle was built by Cougar Cycles for Chris Boardman to attack several short distance time trial records c1991 before he turned professional. The fairings are not structural - they are probably fibre-glass! In one or two places there are cracks between the tubes and the fairings but nothing at all significant. This frame could be ridden with a suitable length seatpost riders of between about 5ft 6in and 6ft tall - the top top tube length is the important dimension... 245 GBP
MAXI SPORTS LO-PRO FRAME ex Lauret Roux Castorama 1995

Top Tube (ctc): 51cm
Rear dropout width: 130mm
Wheel size: 700C rear, 650C (26in) front
Frame tubing: Columbus aluminium
This stunning looking frame was Laurent Roux’s TT frame for his 1995 season at Castorama. This frame is absolutely gorgeous despite a few scratches to the paint and is very, very special. 245 GBP
GAZELLE CHAMPION MONDIAL AA ROAD FRAME c1977

Top Tube (ctc): 54cm
Rear dropout width: 125mm
Wheel size: 700C
Frame tubing: Reynolds 531 double-butted

Gazelle frames are very nicely built and this one is just gorgeous. The paint is in excellent condition. The Champion Mondial AA was one of their top frames and this one has the Gazelle ‘Butterfly’ seatstay bridge which is so distinctive - the horizontal dropouts mean that that it is ideal as a single speed or fixed conversion. 165 GBP

Rear dropout width: 126mm
Brake drop with 700C wheels: 45mm

Top Tube (ctc): 57cm
Rear dropout width: 124mm
Brake drop with 700C wheels: 62mm
Tubing: Reynolds 531 double butted
Seatpost size: 27.2mm
The Carlton Flyer was during the mid 1960s the top road frame available from Carlton/Raleigh. This frame is beautifully built with the fancy curly lugs with windows and Zeus long rear dropouts. The paint is in generally sound condition but needs touching up in a number of places if used as is. 125 GBP
STAN PIKE ROAD FRAME 22.5in c1980 Reynolds 753
Seat Tube (ctt) : 22.5in
Top Tube (ctc): 22in
Rear dropout width: 120mm
Wheel size: Sprints or 700C (brake drop of approx 44mm)

This frame has had one owner from new and has been relatively recently repainted and fitted complete with original transfers. The paint is generally excellent with only a few small and not obtrusive marks.
Stan Pike only built under his own name for a few years - approx 1975-83 - a small amount of information is available on him at www.classicrendezvous.com/british_isles/Pike_stan.htm He started out as a framebuilder at Wally Green in the 1960s before becoming a a welder at Westland helicopters. It would convert easily to a singlespeed or fixed with its horizontal dropouts and 120mm rear spacing. 175 GBP
SOMEC c1991 New and Unused

Top Tube (ctc): 52cm
Rear dropout width: 130mm

Somec are another one of the small but highly regarded Italian framebuilders. This frame is new and unused with the paint and chrome in virtually perfect condition.
