Can anyone tell me about a "Motobecane Grand Touring" bike, age unknown?

10 speeds, Suntour downtube shifters, Tourney cranks, Campagnolo pedals, Shimano Altus C-10 rear derailleur, Dia-Compe brake levers, "Compe-V" front derailleur, "Vitus 172" label on the frame, "SR Meltforge" on the seatpost, "SR" on the handlebar stem, "Maillard" on the rear hub, "Normandy" on the front hub, etc. I'd be interested in anyone's ideas about it's possible age and history.

It's in great working order and rides very well. Someone has taken very good care of her. Everything was so well adjusted that I only needed to raise the seat and adjust the straps.
