Trying to find a backup bike and looking for a good deal.

There's the 1991 Murray(??) ( http://eugene.craigslist.org/bik/1401584843.html ) for $150:


And then a random peugeot for $200 ( http://eugene.craigslist.org/bik/1401476698.html ):


Wondering if either are a good deal.

Edit I know nothing of the first bike, is the brand Murray, not Spectra?

That first bike is a Murray and the model name is Spectra. And no, it is not worth $150.

I wouldn't give $25 for the Murray. What size bike are you looking for? These two bikes are dramatically different in size. And I would not give more than $75 for that Peugeot.
