Update: As usual, still no criminal charges as the civil wrongful death suit gets filed. Also as usual, the defense argument is: I did nothing wrong and I'm a good person who meant no harm... but without any explanation as to why the motorist was unable to keep their vehicle in the traffic lane and/or take actions that would have allowed him to yield sufficient clearance to safely pass the cyclists.
