Anyone know where to get these? If you pull them out of the switch, the switch becomes inoperable. I need to buy some but who sells them?

I'd try a good hardware or electronics supply store.

I'd remove the switch and replace it with a simple toggle. They're mainly to make tools "safe" for homes with children. I just train the children.

Despite removing safety switches, pinning back the guard on my circular saw and defeating the best efforts of the CPSC to ensure my tools are babyproofed over 30+ years of working with power tools...I have all my fingers.

OK, so I had 10 stitches once, but it was from a biscuit joiner with all safety features intact, just a freak accident.
