I'm trying to build a road bike with a Campagnolo Centaur triple crankset. I'm wondering what the BB spindle length should be?

The frame has a braze-on FD (Look KG286).

Looking at the Campagnolo website it saz that the BB spindle should be either 111mm or 115.5mm depending on the seat tube diameter. Does it make any difference if the FD is a braze on?

The BB shell is 68mm.

I'm getting a Phil Wood Ti 110.5mm BB spindle to go with this; Phil wood has a "Campagnolo specific" size of 110.5mm and that's what I ordered. Will it work?

The braze on/ clamp on difference should be zero. The Look has a skinny seat tube, so you made the right choice.

Thanks, I'm glad. I was originally going with a double, but my riding buddy took me to a REALLY steep hill and made me consider the gear combo of a double drivetrain on my mountain bike (which I ride on the road also).

Close to impossible at my skill level. I think having my knees still functional at the end of a 100-mile ride is more important than saving 100 grams.
