I grew up riding BMX and then eventually got into mountain bikes and trail riding. I recently moved here to southeastern Connecticut and slowly getting back into riding. As soon as I moved here I bought a Kona Blast mountain bike but found myself using it on the road more than anything. So with that in mind, I just picked up a Specialized Allez Elite to hopefully improve my riding experience. This will be my first road bike since I was about 12 (now 34).
I have been doing at least 10 miles a day on the Kona and hope to find a riding buddy to do longer rides now that I have a decent rig.
