I am fairly new here I recently got an older Peugeuot bicycle I have a thread in classics for those interested in trying to identify it. I use to ride quite a bit but now I have two small children so I don't ride as much anymore. I have never really ridden a long distance before but would be interested in doing so; it would have to be a leisurely thing though and not a race.

Welcome. I've got a 1984 Peugeot PSV and 1968 PL8 and am overhauling/restoring a 1988 Peugeot Triathlon for my sister. The bikes ride great.

I'm planning to have this bike restored to it's original beauty. I would like to have new cassettes but I think I can get by with the ones on it even though their rusted. Right now I can't ride it because I need tires/tubes for it.
