I'm pretty sure the 2009 frame is the same as the 2010. I have an XL size frame and I'm big guy with size 13 shoes so I need a rack that can handle panniers or baskets that can be set back far enough so my feet won't bash into them.

Anyone have any luck finding a rear rack that fits the bill?

The Journey rack from Axiom works really well on that bike. http://www.axiomgear.com/products/gear/racks/rear-racks/journey/

Don't be so sure. The 2010 has longer chainstays and a slightly longer wheelbase. The 2010 model should have more tire clearance and slightly less heel strike issues.

That being said, on my 2009 model, heel strike is definitely an issue I have with my size 11 shoes and 175mm cranks.

Specialized has a rack set for the Tricross that would fit a Sirrus also. My bike is a 52 (S) and I have no heel strike issues when I'm loaded with panniers. If you look at the bottom of the rack the stay extends back to add clearance. They are only available as a set. Chainstays on my bike are 440mm.

Cool, a Hybrid Fixie Cross bike! All it needs now, is fenders.
