I had a pantsfull of bad luck last Sat AM on my way to a club ride. You can read the tragic details in the post referenced here.

The question is when the RD exploded something chipped the top of the seat stay about 3" above the dropout and chipped the CF. Can that/should that be inspected and repaired? The chip is more than paint.
If so, where do I find a shop that can repair it?
