I am thinking about getting a Blackburn Mars 4.0. I have searched the forum but cannot find my answer. I want to know if the Mars 4.0 can be mounted to a seat stay. If you have a pic, that would be nice.

The mount only allows it to be angled up, so it can be adjusted to fit on the seat pole, but not the seatstay. :(
