maybe it could be glued as it is carbon fibre- sounds a bit dodgy though
I would contact the ebay owners if I were you.

I wonder if the frame was defective before this "guy" purchased it. I guess he likes toe nail polish too.
It does disclose the damage. I would say this falls under "buyer beware." If someone can try to sell belly button lint, why not sell a damaged bike frame given that it is disclosed as damaged?

I could see if it were a whole bike you would atleast get the parts but he is sayin gits ok if you are a light rider.

The description says REVISED, and he mentions the crack in the frame. Was this not in the description before? As long as he is up front about the crack, I don't see the problem. Of course, I wouldn't bid on something like that, and no one else has either.

Not to worry. Some guy from Nigeria will buy it, have his agent pick it up and pay for it with a cashiers check for $2,500 more than the purchase price. Then he'll tell the seller to wire the difference back to him via Western Union. Actually, several Nigerians are probably bidding against each other right now for the right to work this deal.
I should buy it and resell it as slightly used and in good shape.
Ebay is always a 'caveat emptor' marketplace. I have no scruples so maybe I will do that.
Watch out for upcoming auctions on TCR 0 Composite frames in Medium. I could always build it up with my salvage parts, god knows I have enough of them, to throw people off the trail.
So what? The guy clearly explains the damage. He's only guilty of being stupid (clamping a composite tube in a repair stand).
There are people out there with experience in composites who might try to wrap the tube in something. Heck, kevlar cloth is easily available in the boating industry. I know a couple of people that'd take on the project (though the bike would be a winter beater and not a race bike) if the frame was say, $200.
it brings me to tears to see such a beautiful frame goto waste :(
