From Cleveland. I'm not sure, Mr Metro Truck Driver, why you seem to find pleasure in running me off the road. I know your the same driver. We seem to cross paths on Granger Rd between Valley Belt and Warner Rds. You always are pulling out of Valley Belt Rd and going east on Granger to Breskville Rd( rte 21) then head north. At first I'd see you laughing in the mirror as you slowly push me to the shoulder. Now that I see you coming and move over to the shoulder, you don't seem to be having fun. This last time(Monday) you have gotten very dangerous. As I moved over to the shoulder, you drove over the white line and forced me to stop before I went off the road. I saw you laughing. I ride a bicycle because I"ve CHOSEN TOO. I heard you yell out the window, calling me a communist twice, but what would you call someone like yourself who would play with my life as you do? NO, I'm not going to stop riding to work. You will only have a SHORT LIVED victory after killing me. The police can't do much now without a lic # but your truck," much like your life", is dirty and full of trash. So Mr Metro Trash Hauling Truck Driver, I'll guess we'll keep on meeting every so often on Granger Rd, where you will take my life in your hands and laugh and drive on. By the way, I drive a truck too but I'm an as hole like yourself. Paul

The letter would be more likely to be effective if rewritten in a more factual business style and sent to the business address of the company with a copy to the local police department. At least that way there would be a record of past behavior if the driver were to have an accident involving a cyclist in the future.

I did in June to the company and yesterday to all three local police departments.

It seems that there is a pattern of misbehavior on the part of the driver. Notification to the employer with dates and time will enable them to confront the driver. If you haven't notified the police yet that needs to be done.
I feel for ya, take care of yourself and don't let some idiot hurt you.
Is this a local garbage man? If your municipality contracts with this company to do the trash collection, they would probably be happy to hear about it too.

I would wear a rear and forward facing camera on my helmet and show that to the police department.
Assault with a deadly weapon should be the charge.
