Retired fellow here, into cycle touring. This will be for 5-6 days around Glenn Rose or Bastrop, last week in Oct. Self supported, riding and camping, wild or campgrounds. 30-50 miles/day.

I might be able to sit in with you at the end of the month. If you like, I know a private mountain bike ranch that permits some camping. 7 miles from Dino Valley.

I was down in Glen Rose at the Texas Time Trials a couple of weeks ago. I rode out to the Dinosaur Park, and it was fairly empty- the dinosaur tracks are all under water right now- so it may be a good stopover for y'all.
