It doesn't really look like the sizes are very "athena-esque". I need a nice jacket but the sizes are all too small and the prices are all too big!!!!

Garneau is a French-Canadian company. Maybe they're using Euro standard sizes which are considerably smaller than US standards.

I wear a 3x Woolistic jersey, and I'm 6'6" and only 225 pounds.
My Garneau jersey is a 2x club fit.
Just about everything else I can wear a 1x-tall race fit.
