I'm looking at getting some rollers (Kreitlers) that have the small drums, and says they are for advanced roller users.
I figure I will eventually be able to work up to it, but is it that much harder to use the small drum rollers?
Additionally, the headwind device add/on, does that also provide greater resistance to the drum itself?
