As is obvious that's a re badged simplex slj 6600. It's the holy grail for a lot of french component fans. I've seen the simplex ones go for over $200 on ebay. I don't know if yours is more or less desirable than a simplex branded one (my guess is slightly less desirable)

Prof2k is exactly right. I have one that was badged Motobecane, but a NOS Simplex badge from eBay fixed that.

thanks for the help! It just sits on my shelf and I feel like it needs to be used (or at least put on a bike), so maybe I'll get it out of here sometime.
