Dose any one know how I can get my hands on an old-school time trial frame. You know where the frame is more like an equilateral triangle and less like some weird quadrilateral. The kind were the top bar drops down to meet the down tube. Also I saw the fork-bar thing and its out of my price range. I am opened to all suggestions.

all you have to do is find an old, sloping-top tub frame, steel of course, with a steel fork, of course, and you can use mountain bike bar ends, fastened/welded to the top of the fork crown. et voila!
