lesser campy, entry level racing frame... I'd say $250-350 all cleaned up nice. Variation in price will depend on location and selected venue of sale.

It appears to be early to mid (more early) '80s, not late. The year could be narrowed - down some but...
Aelle Tubing is good but not Pro. Cat. Bikes that had it were enthusiast models. It's quite good and is a "seamed" design, sort of like cold-rolled rather than seamless which is a different sort of "drawn' process. Along with the Campy which may not be the very best model in that year, again, I'll dispense with more details.
Bottechias command high prices at times, their bling factor accounts for it. Though a few models were Pro-used. I initially felt that your bike was an $800 one. Just now though, I spotted a top of the line, SLX framed LATE '80s that got NO bids at $700. For all I know the freight could've scared folks, who knows ? !
It's going to depend on who's looking when. For now, it seems like a five hundred dollar bike. A nice one for sure. Reasonable size too, 59cm(C-C) ? Popular size.
