I have a friend from Sierra Leone, and at some point I may end up visiting, and would like to cycle.
I am not a high speed road rider, so where would be some nice casual cycling around Freetown, which is where we would be likely to go, since that is where she is from.
Also, is there an especially good or bad time of year for cycling there?
Also, any info on potential bicycle rentals would be great.
