Seller described this as,

"Early 70s Italian bike, crank and derailleurs are original equipment. There are Schwinn handlebars and saddle. Wheels do not seem to be matched."

The Honda 600 of Pinarello's, buy it and extort money from the real Pinarello so they can silence the possible mistake.

Really, pretty cheap, an orphan without good bones.

Looks like a '75, I'll allow others to challenge, research and debate. It's a cool bike, they can debate that too if they wish.

Enjoy that bike, I enjoy one like it occassionally, an Legnano, similar vintage, similar parts.

No idea what it's worth, some would buy it just because.....

Thanks all, I just figured out that the seller is a fellow BFer:o and he went off on me for some unknown reason when I replied to one of his CL ads, when I asked him if he ever came across any Allez's:( Maybe he thought I was yanking his chain, I don't know. Oh well, the search continues.

Funny, there has been some Allez activity here... long story. Choose a bike with 700 size wheels, lots of reasons. Such bikes, as a matter of course possess virtues universally most sought after.
