I can take most things off my bike, and can usually get them back on. But I've never tried removing or installing a bottom bracket and/or crankset.
I'm purchasing a Dura-Ace BB/crankset for a great price online (nashbar) and would prefer to install it myself.
Is it as easy as purchasing a $13 Park BB tool? Will I also need a crank puller or will any socket wrench do? Do I need a torque wrench or is this something that just goes as tight as you can make it? Do I need lube? Would I be better off just wheeling the ride into my LBS?

You didn't say what kind of crankset you have now. Most likely you will need a crank puller to get the old one off. Frankly, I bypass the self extracting hardware and use a crank puller for Ultegra and Dura Ace cranksets too. Unfortunately, it takes a slightly different tool for the octalink cranks than it does for the square taper ones.
Installing a Dura Ace bottom bracket is a little different from the cartridge bottom brackets, like Ultegra. Basically, you have to adjust, and lock in, the bearing preload on the Dura Ace. As long as you get the right Park tool, you'll be set.
I use a torque wrench on bottom brackets and crank arms. My experience has been that, left to their own judgement, most machanics will undertorque them. The torque spec. is around 30 to 40 lb/ft. so if you are using an ordinary socket set with an 8" handle, that'll probably be all that you can manage with one hand.

Well, I've got Shimano 105 on there right now.
Are these the tools I'll need?
