The right side crank arm on one of the Raleigh Twenty's I picked up today is bent inward. I thinking that the cranks used on the Twenty are the same as those used on a Raleigh Sports? Can anyone confirm this?

Was the 20 a folding bike ? If so, I think that the answer is no - smaller chainwheel size and shorter crank arm length.

Ive straightened steel cranks
take them off and clamp the bb end of the crank in the vice
then slip a scaffold pole over the arm and lever it straight.
It might be bent sideways as well as into the bike. can clamp an adjustable spanner on the pedal end of crank. then use the scaffold pole over its handle to straighten that.
as said by Jacksbike. The crank length and cog size is likely to be bigger on the Sports.
the actual spindle diameter will be the same though.
Raleigh used there own size, so its difficult fitting other manufacturers cranks on Raleigh spindles

Arm length should be about the same, but a larger chainring was used to get the proper gearing with the smaller wheels.

Make sure the BB isn't damaged. A blow that would bend a steel crank may bend the BB shaft as well or damage the bearings
