Vista was the bike shop brand name for a line of bikes made by Columbia Manufacturing Co., of Westfield, MA. I sold them in the 70's. They were OK bikes, one step above Columbia quality and a few steps below Schwinn quality, which they were trying to emulate. They are certainly not rare bikes. Value-hard to say. I think that this bike sold for $225 to $250 New -70's prices.

+1 Low end department store branded bike. Not rare. Little or no value. Looks to be in excellent condition! Best value is to just enjoy it!

Simply because it is a Tandem it will be worth something. To the right buyer, it could be worth $200 easily, but $100 is probably more like it.
At this time, Columbia was making pretty decent bikes, the ONLY thing Schwinn was doing better in this era was using higher quality bearings (yes, schwinns had more balls).
