You doing the GVCC ride this Sat. from Dansville to Naples and back? I've given the GVCC my $20 but have yet to get the CD with the maps. I'm thinking of going and wanted to know if we're meeting at the same parking lot in Dansville.

The RBC (which i'm a member of, not the GVCC) has that ride listed for Saturday and it does start at the school. I was out earlier doing the Mendon Pond club ride today.

Thanks. Are you thinking of going? The weather doesn't look promising, but rain has never stopped me in the past. Do these rides get canceled because of rain?

We've had probably 6 rides or so cancelled this year because of bad weather, mostly because of lightning or cold/rain early on. Only a few really hardcore riders would probably show up in Dansville if it is likely to rain. I'm going to do 2 of the other 4 rides that the RBC has for Saturday. About 55 miles total.
