The annual Kingston to Negril starts tomorrow morning at 4:30am and after riding 140 miles over 11 hours, part of the journey takes in an elevation of about 4500 ft.

The ride raises funds for 2 medical facilities here in Kingston, Jamaica and is run by a friend of mine Paul.

I have not been in touch recently, so Paul isnt even aware that I have started riding. I am thinking of setting this as my goal - 1 year from now I will take part in this event.

It will take a lot of dedication, discipline and hard work

Yes it will. But you will be amazed at how quickly you will adapt to it.
