Hello,
I have been a competive runner all of my life. At the age of 46 years old, I was told I cannot run anymore or at least after sugery on my right foot that has developed arthritis in the big toe and knuckle. I bought my first road bike and away I go. I have been biking since Aug. 2009. Looking to get into the competive side of biking if possible - just do not know anything about it or how to go about it.
Looking forward to years of biking.
