So far i've got a set of primo pedals, i dont know what type i got em on ebay :D

For my new bmx though i was thinking about getting a sunday 2nd wave frame and decking it out wiht cool parts, i know about waht they go for, but how reliable are they? i torture my bikes, not to hard, just i actually ride them. Is it not a good frame for agressive riding? or should i go with a different frame?

Also any recomendations on wheels/hubs,cranks,sprocket and all that?
Im wanting to build a good bike, and will be buying parts off and on after i aquire a frame that i like.
ive heard people talk about a three piece crank, whats the difference between that one and a single piece crank(besides the obvious two extra pieces)?

Thanks,Jeff

You will never brake a sunday 2nd wave, go for it.

For cranks, i would get primo powerbites or hollow bites. For sprocket, get the Tree lite one.
For rims, get Ody Hazard or 7ka.

3 piece cranks are 100x times stronger than one piece. You will bend a one piece crank doing any serious bmxing
