Hey folks,

With winter rolling in, and the happy arrival next month of my first kid, I'm figuring I'll be dragging the turbo-trainer out and using that more and more for the next few months. However, now I've upgraded my bike and bought a nice carbon frame (Scott CR1) - I'm wondering whether there's any danger to the bike using it.

I'm not a wild shifter of my weight when riding, or training, but I'd have thought that any lateral movement put through just one focal point on the rear of the bike can't be good for it.

But - I don't know anything about the transference of force on a TTrainer, so if anyone can enlighten me as to whether my two wheeled new baby will be safe on a trainer, it'll make me sleep happier at night... well, as much as I can when the four limbed one will let me...
