I was just going to post that I was at the Kielbasa Festival in August, and as I was getting ready to leave I heard something from a booth and walked about 20 yards and realized what I had heard, and walked back. What I heard (and verified) was "Chocolate Covered Bacon!"

I had to try it, and it was pretty tasty.

EDIT: In my case, I think it was a dark chocolate instead of milk chocolate.

I would have to think about it. Perhaps if it was more exciting, I could go for it. But chocolate covered bacon.........

We also picked up some Baconnaise, though I haven't had a good chance to utilize it yet.

Use 1/2 cup regular mayo and 1/2 cup Baconnaise, 1 cup buttermilk and a packet of Hidden Valley ranch dressing mix.
Bacon buttermilk ranch. You have no idea how much awesome this really is.

The Baconnaise is really, really salty.

Full disclosure: I'm one of the investors/owners of the company! I'm also open to ideas for new products -- so far we have BaconSalt, Baconnaise, and Bacon sunflower seeds. What should we do next in our quest to make everything taste like bacon?
