At the risk of inspiring drug companies to endanger people's health, I propose (partly in jest, yet partly in seriousness) someone analyze ALL the naturally produced substances in the body that are released when people ride a bike, then bottle it.

Then I propose they destroy it forever, before people decide they can take it to feel good without ever having to ride a bike.

(On a crazy side-note, my stepson brought home a sun visor brandishing, "Viagra racing team." I would wear it cycling, but
I need to wear my helmet.)

You got it!

One of my Irish friends claims that American beer tastes as though it was brewed by being passed through a horse. Of course, this comment comes from a country whose residents drink warm beer because they rely on Lucas for refrigeration.

Not my bier. I don't refridgerate it either. Wine cellar cool but no refridgeration. I brew it for taste, too cold a bier looses some of the taste...hence wasting some of my efforts.

With that said, standard American beer must be consumed cold or it tastes like it has been passed through a horse....hmmm come to think of it, it tastes like that cold too! :D

Now, let's talk about "cheese."

My dad told me when I was very young that he thought Blue (sp?)
Cheese was first discovered by someone in a cave.

Hm. Lots of mold in there.

Which cheeses would you still eat if they smelled like something else? Just asking.

Hot dog! Pass the nachos! :D

I love sharp cheddar. But I'm really not sure if I want to know where it came from...

A rather ripe Brie de Meaux for me as a preference, and beer at cellar temperature.
