Foo - Are There More Than 7 Days in a Week?

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. yep, if you average it. however, because the leap year occurs every 4 years, non-leap years work out to a nice and even 7 days.

Yes. There are also four days to each single rotation of earth (http://www.timecube.com/). Or something. This site makes my brain hurt.
Actually you've got it all wrong. There are exactly 7 days in a week. However there are 52.142857142857142857142857142857etc days in a year.
All of you, get back to work!

There are eight, and they're not enough to show I care.

Since I got to Chicago I've gotten the feeling that it's more along the lines of 4 or 5 days a week.
However there are 52.142857142857142857142857142857etc days in a year.
That would be 52,142857... weeks, not days, right? And I could have been riding my bike instead of writing this :D.

there are about 365.24 days in a full lap around the sun this is why we have leap year every for years otherwise the calender would shift 24 days a century eventually(730 years) putting January in the middle of summer(winter Down under) and in about 1460 years Jan would have made the whole trip to be back in its place in the heart of winter(or summer down under)
Also its not a leap year every 100 yeares or is it 400 years. Oh well it wasn't a leap year in 2000.

And which nerd thought to call them "leap" years anyway? Do they dance for us or something?

What?

But since it is 396 years until the next non-leap leap year it's nothing we have to worry about :).
