I've only dealt with them on ebay and they were excellent. Very fast shipping and good communication before, during, and after the purchase.

I bought a set of wheels from them last winter. No complaints at all.

Agreeing with everyone else's comments: Uneventful sale, shipped within 24 hours of ordering, good order tracking on their website, they provided the FedEx tracking number once they have it. I ordered late Monday night and received the shipment Friday. If they have what you want, don't hesitate to buy from them.

Many of their items on ebay have an 'or best offer' option. I shop around, then make a best offer lower than I can find anywhere else... My offers have always been accepted, never rejected, so I guess I'm still offering too much!

Have had great service and pricing from them. Orders usually delivered within a week. Check their "bike swap" sub menu (bottom left of webpage), some good buys there.
