Anyone in the Chicagoland area have experience with BikesDirect - specifically Fantom Cross and/or Fantom Cross CX and/or Windsor?? Needing some purchasing advice and 1st hand experiences. I am a casual rider, and probably will never compete, but like the aggressive posture of these bikes and am trying to blend 'road' in with light trail riding - let's face it we don't have a lot of MTB terrain in northern Illinois. Specifically, carbon fork vs CrMo fork and 105 vs Integra vs Sora?? Not really ready to fork over $1000 for my next bike, but like the idea of about 1/2 of that.
