I have narrow feet. I have to wear very heavy socks and tie my current tourist type shoes very tight. Even then I often have trouble twisting out of my “clip-less pedals”. I was delighted last year to see Nash Bar advertised “Sidi Genius 4 Narrow Lorica road shoes in the range of 44.5, my size. When I tried to order they were of course out of them. I continued to try with each new catalog with the same results. In March, my LB said they could order them for me. After three months of no delivery, I went to Google to try and find a source. To my surprise Amazon.com said they had them. As it turned out they farmed it out to a bicycle company that has now informed me that it can’t deliver and has cancelled the order. Does anyone have any idea where and how I can order these shoes. I no longer care about the price. Don’t tell me e-bay, I have tried that.

No idea on those shoes, but I have narrow feet as well and found that Shimano spd-sl shoes ( I think that is the kind I have) fit pretty good

I have some Shimano MTB shoes that fit my narrow feet ("B", I think) well. They are lace-less, w/ 3 velcro straps (can still go quite a bit tighter). Slightly less snug in the heel cup, but still a good fit.

My Pearl Izumi shoes are pretty narrow, you could look at some of those too. (I know I'm no help with the other kind, sorry :))

Try Speedgoat bicycles (http://www.speedgoat.com/product.asp?part=104553&cat=290&brand=360), they have the lowest price.

For other prices and shops try Froogle Sidi Genius Narrow search (http://froogle.google.com/froogle?q=Sidi+Genius+4+Narrow+&btnG=Search+Froogle)

I have narrow feet also. FYI, even the standard SIDIs run narrow. I own a pair of SIDI Dominators (standard width) for mtbing, and SIDI Genius (also standard width) for road riding. I also use Specialized Body Geometry footbeds. My narrow feet couldn't be more happy now!
