Pretty pumped about my bike. Here are some pictures of the frame being built thus far. We're waiting on some custom seat stays to come in. Apparently 6'7'' and a 66.5cm seat tube is too tall for normal seat stays.

I've seen a nice ANT bike at a few cx races that's about that size--maybe a few cms smaller. It'll be cool to see your finished product--Circle A has a nice site. Please post when it comes together.

I am glad too. Otherwise I'd have to ride around with my knees by my ears.

Hope to have it built up in a week's time...but I'm not sure if that'll happen.

Thanks for the kind words. The tubing is mostly Columbus Zona (or at least thats what I remember) with the seat tube being 4130 chromoly due to its extreme length.

Interesting cable placement on the side of the top tube. Was that to keep it away from your neck when shoulding the bike?

I am extremely jealous. Circle A makes sweet rides. Orginally I wanted a bike from Jonny Cycles (now defunct from Madison, WI where I live somewhat close to), so I started looking at other independent makers. Too bad Speedvagen's are a out of my price range. I guess if I actually raced it would be a different story, but I can't justify spending much over $2,000. They make too many decent bikes in my price range. But hey I can dream and scheme! Plus there is another local builder Banjo Cycles www.banjobicycles.com that I am going to seriously check out as they are closer to what I want to spend and it looks like they do some sweet work. Give them some support and check them out!
