Next week I am fabricating two pedicab frames. I need to source heavy duty 20" front wheels. I was thinking go with a sealed/cartridge bearing setup for ease of replacement and to minimize damage to hubs as there are no bearing surfaces (cups) in a sealed/cartridge hub. Would like 14mm axle. Prefer 48 spoke but have seen folks running 36. Any advice on a decent front wheel to use? I am going to have them detensioned and retrued by a local wheelbuilder prior to use. Hoping to stay under $100 per wheel.

Thanks!
