Hey guys,

In the process of fixing my long ignored bike and i noticed that the shocks are completely locked. They are RST 63mm shocks. Is there anyway to unstick them?
Thanks!

Rip 'em apart, clean all the crap out, apply fresh grease (NOT lithium-based) and re-assemble.

If you're not confident doing this, take it to a bike shop.

There should be two allen/hex key bolts at the bottom of each leg of the fork, undo those and they should come apart.
