Well... I haven't been on here for awhile but as it stands i'm 6'4, 178.7lbs, 18yrs old, and single... but seriously, i'm trying to build muscle. I do crunches and stuff, but can anyone help me make a training plan for road riding. I'd like to get to the point where i'm better with distances and hills. I'm already very good with diet so i'm not concerned there.

i'm sort of in the same boat. tall and thin and i have trouble building muscle mass. i'm not really able to recommend anything for you, since i haven't come across a winning plan for myself, but it will be helpful for other people to know how much riding you're doing now, and if you're planning to race or ride recreational, etc. what kind of distances are you looking at?

I suppilmented my diet with protein. Rip-n-Tear, rebuild with protein, rip-n-tear, rebuild with protein. Whey protein work for me. I'm 6'5" 210lbs & chicks dig me cause i rarely wear underwear!!!
