Shouldn't be. The charger stops delivering current when the battery is charged. I've kept mine on for 2 days at a time and it hasn't bothered anything yet.

Not really. If you have a really cheap NiMN charger without -dV sensing, you can wreck batteries by leaving them in the charger for a few days.
