Cyclocross - Picked up a Fuji Touring Series IV (I think) frame... should I build or sell?

Hey Guys,

I picked up a Fuji Touring Series IV frame... it was repainted at one time with orange... I was going to overall the whole frame give it a nice cleaning (maybe down to the base metal) then paint it and start building from there...

That said... I have a few bikes these days and could stand to clean out my basement...

The frame does have canti-lever mounts and I already fitted a 700c wheel and it will work great with minor adjustments....

My question to you guys is... I don't want to spend much money at all on this build... but would like to have a off-road worthy machine...

Is it worth my time? (cost of wheels, components, etc...) or should I sell some of my road/mountain bikes and purchase the real deal? (have some good stuff, bianchi, giant...) I have no idea of the cost of building a cross bike using used parts... I also gather that used parts aren't the easiest to come across for x bikes...

I'll throw in a plug for the frame too if I decide to sell... its approximately a 58-60 cm

thanks! ~mike

I found that a decent build when starting with just a set of wheels was about $650. probably similar if you start with just a frame.
